Delivery & Returns
We will despatch the goods as soon as possible, but please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. Time frames will depend on whether or not the products are in stock or require a special order from the supplier.
All orders are sent via Australia Post (Registered Post). An Australia Post employee will deliver the parcel to the “Delivery Address” you provide and obtain a signature from the person who takes delivery. If no-one is home, the parcel will be returned to the closest Australia Post outlet and a delivery card will be left in your mailbox.
Cost of delivery is a flat rate (Standard Post: $9.95 or Express Post: 14.95) for delivery anywhere in Australia.
If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from this website you may return the item within 7 days from receipt by you. The merchandise must be returned in the original unopened packaging. Please include details of invoice number, reason for return and contact details. It is your responsibility to return the item to us (at your cost). The only exception to this is when parts are faulty or when an error has been made by us.
A credit or refund will be made for the amount paid for the product. The delivery charge (for us to originally supply the product) will not be refunded.
If the product is a Special Order (ie. not listed as a standard product on this website) a re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
